As per a post on reddit IndianGaming forum(during heights of GPU shortage), there is literally no custom duty on CPU/GPU for distributors.
That's the reason 3080 FE was priced at 62k, Nvidia won't be losing money.
Also, this was not contested by any retailer/AIB representative on the forum. Let's stop blaming government for everything.
