32" FHD LCD/LED Advice needed

Hie,
I am planning to buy an LCD/LED TV within 2 days. Kindly Advice.
Please forgive me if already posted..Kindly link me to the page in that case.
Any help is much appreciated. Need your expert advice..

1. Budget.:- 30k(max)

2. Viewing distance.: 6ft

3. Sources/inputs such as HD DTH/consoles/stand-alone media players etc.:-HD DTH, HDMI through laptop.

4. Preference for plasma TV/LCD TV/LED-LCD TV.:- LCD/LED.

5. Preference for brands.: Samsung, LG, Sony, Any

6. Willing to purchase it from the grey market? No

8. Any other feature you are looking for such as 3D support on the HDTV, DLNA capabilities etc.:- 1080p playback through USB, should be able to play mkv, divx and most formats..

Well searching this forum and the internet yielded the most positive feedbacks for samsung la32d580k4r in the price range for multiple format playback..I skimmed through various markets in Thane where everyone was out of stocks for the above mentioned model..Finaly I got it for 30400 at Matrix Distributors Pvt. Ltd.(Samsung Plaza) at Godbunder Road..Got it installed just today..Totally worth the wait and search..Completely satisfied..
