After getting error, i have put my all stuff in base freeq.
Reset the BIOS instead of manually setting stuff.

My computer works fine with win xp live cd. When i want to reinstall my os win 7,8, xp without HDD, it is continue upto HDD selection part. But with HDD it's getting PAGE FAULT, IRQL NOT LESS, NTFY.SYS, MUP.SYS
They are all similar errors. Run memtest and get back. Have you set your BIOS boot order to boot from the CD before your HDD?

When i install 32GB ram for the first time .. all are at that time was on OC.
:O Never change components without setting your system back to stock clocks.

Today morning i go to gigabyte service centre, they gave me a replace board. After i came home, i have try again but again same problem. So it might be problem in RAM.
Today i have buy a new ram crosair 2 gb 1333 mhz.
just few min back i have installed it but now different error:
When i going to install win 7, BSOD comes just before the hdd partition selection.
When i going to install win xp, file load successfully to hdd from cd. But when driver installation is going almost 32 min remaining showing, then BSOD comes.

Error is: Stop: 0x0000008E

Run memtest. If it throws up errors, get your 2500k replaced since it looks like the IMC is bust.

P.s.: Do not update the BIOS on the replacement gigabyte board also.

I have run the Memtest86 v4.20
All the ram have no error. I don't press or select anything. It's start automatically, is there anything to do, mean any other test....

If my ran is ok and MOB also new, then what's now!!!!

Just for information, is my PSU may have any issue after I have installed 32 GB RAM.
One more things, is my PSU is good enough to support all my stuff inculding new 32 GB ram..

I'm not sure if this is relevant but I had read somewhere that you might need to up the voltage by a bit on the RAM in case yu are facing memory related issues when using large quantities of it.

That's right
But what about the last problem, now i am ising only 2GB ram with new MOB.
I am very confused,
Thinking that put all the hardware for RMA.
But my HDD contain lots of data and i am not sure about HDD problem, cause 2 HDD showing perfectly with doc connector in my friend desktop. and i have full format the SSD,
So what r u suggest, there are any problem in HDD.

Allright this might come out of the blue but maybe cpu heatsink is not installed properly and overheating.I had a laggy system and reason was this!!

Have you tried increasing the voltage by 0.05V or maybe 0.1V from the BIOS? Can you do this and report back?

Did you run all the tests? How many passes? The 0x0000008E stop error is clearly RAM related.

Additional RAM is only a few more watts, it shouldn't overload the PSU. You can try using a lower power GPU to rule out the PSU. Keep your components to a minimum to help you troubleshoot.

Are you connecting all your hard disks? Connect just a single hard disk. Try using one of your normal disks instead of the SSD.

Finally it's solved. I don't know how it's possible but .....
many many thanks to all of you. You gave me a huge support, thanks to techanclave for this forum.

My CPU was running on 1.26V. From the first day of my CPU, I am using 4.5 GHz and 1.5V. So, I just try to gave that power back to my CPU.
Try to reinstall win 7 and it's completed, OMG!!!

Now the last and final test gave some different issue.

1. Put 2GB ram and SSD and reinstall Win 7, it's done smoothly. [CPU voltage 1.5 V]
2. Put all the HDD and ROM, it's work.
3. Remove 2GB ram and install 2*4GB sniper, it's work.
4. Remove 8GB ram and install 4*8GB RipjawsX, it's work.
5. Install GPU 560ti AMP!, it's take 3 min to start, problem arise.
6. Remove GPU, start again, it's work.
7. Remove 32GB ram and install 2*4GB sniper again, it's work.
8. Install GPU again and it's work fine.

So, what's the problem, is there any problem in CPU or PSU having some problem??
