32" or 40" LED TV buying advice

Need a 32" or a 40" LED TV suggestion.
Don't need smart TV capabilities
Should be from reputed brands. I don't wish to take chances on warranty/after sales issue.

Just yesterday I saw one form LG 32" going for around 20k on Amazon. It was HD ready. I would update model number later.

I saw these two models. I think the newer one is LF550A among them. Any particular reason for LG?

Are the Vu TV's any good?

There are quite many guys have bought VU TVs on TE during Diwali sale. They were going for 20k and less for 40".
