Will be using hotstar, Netflix, Amazon prime video, ottplay.com, youtube

And vlc to watch content from my pc

Get Samsung or LG 32" 768p TV for 15k or lower if the size is really a big constraint.

Else get Vu or Redmi or Hisense 43" 4K for 22k or so in the upcoming Prime Day sale.

Dimension wise with stand:
Samsung 32" - 731.7 x 469.3 x 154.7 mm
Realme 40" - 89.8 cmX 56.3 cm X 18 cm
Vu 43" - 962 × 613 × 281 mm

See if what fits. Ideally 43" 4K is the best option, followed by 40" 1080p from Mi, etc.

Tv installation place in Room can support 32 inch or max additional 2 inches from all sides. (of a 32 inch TV)
Not sure what to call that.
Ooh math puzzle.

For a 32" TV, if you assume 16:9 aspect ratio, the tv width is 28" and height is 15.75"
By adding 2 inches on all sides, you get 32x19.75"
This is 37.6" diagonal. Honestly, the most popular TV sizes are 32 and 40, with not many options in between, so this probably means you should stick to 32.

TV can only be wall mounted, space constraints

TV can only be wall mounted, space constraints
Wall mounting just changes the thickness, basically 3rd measurement.

So measure your wall & see what's the biggest you can fit. I have provided you the dimensions of 3 common TV sizes already. Other TVs of same size will have very similar dimensions.

I'm assuming length is the constraint as height & thickness rarely are if you are wall mounting. Maybe post a pic of the wall with measurements, so that we can visualise as well. Even if it is a corner, there are wall mounts to install TV there. My friend had a 43" 4K TV wall mounted on a corner without any issues.

If you're buying Samsung/LG, check the availability and performance of VLC/other local media players. You might end up having to buy a fire stick for local/LAN playback.

Look at 32" full HD monitors. Price range seems to be between 11-20k on FK.

This Samsung monitor is a va panel but has remote and apps installed on it.
