Graphic Cards 3Dm05 and SP2

This might be a stupid question but still....

Do installing SP2 decreases 3Dm2005 result ?
pls, answer in YES/NO, don't make it tooooooo long.

I am on the edge of fresh OS installation......

Yes It Decreases Performance Upto 2-3% Ive Experienced That Games In Sp1 Runs Without Jerk Better Then Sp2..

SP2 for better compatibility .. but i don't see much diff. ingame .. or even benchmarks .. i can ignore an increase/decrease or around 50 3DMarks , or 1-2 fps now can i .. just put in the service tweaks ..

.... just some unnecessary services that should be turned off for more optimal output .. Also , there are some little tweaks .. check it out here
