40" full hd tv needed

hey guys please suggest which 40 or 42" lcd or led i should get....my main usage is tv shows that i download ,hd movies and normal cable watching.....budget is 45-50k .....i have very limited knowledge so please suggest .....staying in bangalore...
 
If on a shoestring budget try toshiba 40av10 it has no usb but will be available at 30 to 32 k . I saw this one at vijay sales and no known brand can match it in price . There is another model from toshiba which is about 3 to 4 k more expensive than the above and has usb playback .
 
Thanks guys need a non 3d led what about Samsung UA40D5000 please do tell me... is there any advantage of going for led than LCD as LCD 42 inch are pretty cheap compared to led..
