40 inch Samsung LED TV- cheap from ebay

My cousin is in for a Samsung LED 40inch- and needs suggestion from...

SAMSUNG 40" NEW 40EH5000 LED TV With One Year Dealers Warranty—Rs 33106
SAMSUNG UA40EH6000R 40-Inch Full HD LED TV WITH One Year Serve Pro Warranty--- Rs. 35041

Both are inclusive of shipping (Insured ) to destination.

Assessment of the offer is requested as he is to buy immediately
 
My opinion - why do you want to buy TV online? is the cost difference from local electrnoics shop exceeds rs 2000?
I am not against online shopping however, fragile items like this and non-inclusive of original warranty is questionable. I mean, if the tv gets a problem, can you directly call Samsung or you will have to ship to the online dealer? Also, does the shipping insurance promises to completely replace the product? Most shipping insurance keep a tab of refunding to only upto Rs 10K against damages.

So weigh these options before buying online. If you live in slightly bigger city, cutting a deal from local electronic shops is an easy deal, most offer free processng EMI scheme also.
 
Buying locally is not an option-- because SAMSUNG 40" NEW 40EH5000 --here in Shimla costs 48k,
I had earlier purchased a SAMSUNG 46" NEW 46EH5000- from ebay for 53k about 6 months back--which is working just fine...
Just need whether the deals above quoted by me are VFM... in Shimla 32EH5000 is 35k ?
