WTB 4G Mobile Phone for GMaps Usage on Bike

Looking for a mobile phone which has dedicated A GPS, glonass in minimum budget. Scratches etc is fine. The screen should be functional as I intend to use this as a beater phone for my bike navigation system (with Google maps)

Would prefer anything from Motorola (X4) / Nokia family as they seem to be rugged.

I have redmi 6 pro 3/32. Touch broken. But I think it was local display. Touch is broken.Both cameras are not good. But touch works fine. 2000/- + shipping

Cameras not working would have been fine. But broken touch is a deal breaker for me.
