A: INR 7-8k

2. Preferred display size, type and resolution?
A: 4.7"-5", IPS LCD/AMOLED, HD and above

3. Preferred operating system? (Android (with version), iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: Marshmellow or above or whatever around them

4. Preferred connectivity options? (4G, 3G, 2G etc).
A: 4G as well as VoLTE support is must

5. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: Samsung for brand/service & others for purely specs

6. What is your intended use for this phone (internet, camera, multimedia, mails etc.)?
A: Camera, Internet, Multimedia, calling

7. Single SIM/ Dual SIM?
A: Truly Dual would be better.. hybrid slot is least preferred
1 slot will be occupied permanently with JIO sim.

8. New or Used? Online or Offline?
A: New.... buying online

9. Any other requirements?
A: Need good battery backup, microSD card slot if internal storage < 32GB

10. If you have already considered a phone, then please mention the model
A: Samsung On5 Pro & Redmi 3S/Prime


Basically I've shortlisted these because
Samsung for : Service center availability, more 4g band support than Redmi 3S
Redmi 3S/Prime for : Specs

Any other mobile phone worth considering in similar price bracket ? Need to finalise today only.

If you want no non-sense after sales, Buy Samsung (Depends on where you stay). or else Redmi 3S prime would be fine, you would get around 22GB OOTB if i am not wrong!

more 4g band support than Redmi 3S

3S supports all the 4G bands in India. Whats the use of other bands support when they are of no use?

JIO/Airtel/Reliance 4G Support is there...
