5.1 Surround System Under 15k

I need a 5.1 Speaker System for my 42" Led TV and PC as well. My budget is 15k (+- 1k max). Please suggest me the best one in my budget with the biggest of subwoofer diameter, vibrant clear sound with ample of bass.

My primary use will be with my television. Below the Television is my PC, so it will be connected to my PC as well.

15k is bit less for a reasonable 5.1 stretch your budget to 25K you may find AVR speaker combo from yahama ,pioneer or onkyo which support HD audio . Check for festival deals
