Awesome news guys, GEN is releasing these CFW with 6.00 compatibility on the 15th :yahoo:
Cant wait to get my hands on it !

there is no official support of m33 as of now - but most *ahem* games including tekken 6 run on m33-6 without a glitch. Only problem with m33 is it cannot access psn (which for most is not a problem):hap2:
 
^... Nope all new games need 6.00.... they need to be patched for them to work on M33-6... Its a little cumbersome if you do it yourself or wait for someone else to come up with patched version which is backward compatible....

Off late all my games I patched... Older ones are not a problem..

it is not allowed to talk about ahem stuff on TE I understand but do check out pspiso - you need to register though. Its free.
 
both f/w are available for download.
hav already downloaded it (5.03 Gen-C 2day).shall flash it once i reach home from office.
 
Can you play patched games also... I have kept both patched & unpatched ISO's. in-case newer firmware arrives with 6.00 support.. If newer firmwares can play patched ones as well then I will delete unpatched ISO's...
 
What do u guys think of compressing ISO to CSO ? Or is there any other better alternative ? I have a small memory stick...
 
^^ Some games lag when u play them in CSO format like GTA , Midnight Club 3 and Splinter Cell etc.

To counter it u can run the PSP at 333/166 but it drains ur PSP battery much quickly.

But majority of the games run fine even on CSO format.
 
I tried compression.. turns out not much size difference even with max compression... So I stick to ISO's.. Its not like its going to compress ISO's 50%..
