5 FREE cPanel hosting account

Here's an offer to TE Members who have at least 150 posts :hap2:

I am offerring 5 FREE cPanel hosting accounts of 50MB each on a Xeon 3GHz server with 2GB RAM. Its on a first come, first serve basis BUT SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY ME.

Here are the conditions:
1. Its free now but may not remain so for ever. If you need to move, you will be given reasonable time to do so.
2. I may provide support, but no guarantee.
3. No porn, no mass mailing, no illegal activities. Account will be deleted immediately, WITHOUT WARNING.
4. I may put my small link somewhere on the page, most probably at the bottom.
5. Although there is a 99.9% uptime guarantee, I will not be liable for any loss caused due to downtime.
6. If I have to face any losses or expenses due to any account, I will be entitled to reimbursement from that account holder.
7. Any other condition that I may think of from time to time.
Anyone interested may send in the following details by PM

1. Your domain name. (Yes you need to have a domain name. Purchase it from somewhere or from me :ohyeah:)
2. Type of site (business, personal, blog, etc.)
3. Your contact information (email, your city and telephone)
 
Rs. 399 per year for a .com/.net/.org
Rs. 649 per year for a .in

For domain, its payable in advance by cash/cheque/dd/paypal ;)
You will have your username+password to manage your domain and hosting
 
Ok here's a change in conditions!! :D

All those who have under 150 posts can take the domain from me and avail this offer. People having over 150 posts may register it on their own and use this offer. :)
 
Ashish i still have not recieved the Free account. Has anyone recieved the promised free C panel hosting accounts ??

You need to loosen up your rules if you want people to sign up - currently, they will scare people away... call it BETA and make it completely FREE if you can't make any commitment or guarantees.
 
Josh, have you changed the DNS? I just checked my PM. I don't have your domain name. PM me that and I will set it up. I am not too regular at TE, so bear a little delay initially. I will give you my email address once I set it up.

You are right RiO my conditions are somewhat harsh. But then I have to save my neck too!! If someone hosts porn and I get on the wrong side of Indian IT Act, I face a fine and imprisonment!! So I have to ensure that I at least get re-imbursed for that exps, etc. I guess, except the 6th condition, rest are pretty standrad and you find them everywhere.
 
And RiO IT IS COMPLETELY FREE!! I am not asking for any payment from people with certain number of posts. That ensures credibility. However for those who don't meet that condition, I found a way out. A little bit payment will make them take this little seriously and I will have some thing to test their credibility.
 
Josh, my last PM to you was on 23rd telling you to change DNS. You haven't responded yet. I am ready for the free account as and when you are :|
 
But you need 150 posts at TE to be able to use this offer. You don't have that!

Anyway, what type of site do you intend to have with free accoount? I may decide to waive the condition :hap2:
