WTB 500Gb nvme m.2 ssd

Looking for a 500Gb nvme m.2 ssd.
Mid tier one preferred.
Should have original invoice and at least 2+year warranty (since these mid tier SSDs generally have 5 year warranty)

My current (and first) SSD crucial BX500 250Gb have served me really well.
Switching from HDD to SSD was one of the best thing in my PC experience.
