5600x running at 96C

You are welcome. I forgot to say this and you must have already done it but you can increase memory speed as well. Just don't over do it because I heard those memory chips already run hot enough on RTX 3000 series. I have my 3070's set at +850mhz, it's stable up to +950mhz I think but being safe here.

I'm surprised your 5600x managed to run at -30mV all core without causing instability. Try running prime95 for 30 mins at least to see if it's stable because I doubt it. My 5700X3D can do -30mV all core but X3D chips are much more likely to be able to do it because of their lower clock speed and especially lower max boost. -100mhz clock speed on max boost?
Also do a Cinebench benchmark run and compare the results online.
Did overclock memory by 500 Mhz.

Also the 5600x 4 cores are set to -27 and two cores are set to -15 and -20. Otherwise they were giving errors in OCCT. Now it is boosting till 4850 Mhz.

If errors are coming in OCCT then check once the PSU as my problem also same. When I replaced my PSU with a new one and ran the test again. No probs.

Interesting, Maybe your previous PSU was old and couldn't supply clean power to the CPU. My 10 year old PSU is reaching that stage if I'm to guess.

It runs fine for me.., its a 5600 non x. -100mhz from the max boost clock speed.. it makes the all core boost runs stable and cooler. It is not -30mv, more like levels of curve optimizer (-30). Because it runs my cpu at 0.95v where stock is 1.25v.. u can't achieve stability with lower voltage in higher frequency hence the -100mhz underclock.

I am running this from last 2-3 months.. no issue occt, prime95 all good

Ordered the lancool 216.

Also installed the aio and Temps are now around 60c after 15 mins of gaming. So some issue was with the noctua cooler

This is a dust filter for lancool 216. I have used a Lancool 215. Lancool 216 is perfect but i feel from my experience is that there will be heavy dust particles in a month or so with stock front mesh.
Adding this nylon mesh filter which is very high quality will not restrict airflow and give your self some less hassle of frequent cleaning inside the case.

Already bought it along with the case

I got confused between you and OP since I was replying to both. Yeah -100mhz off max boost is okay, ideally you want max boost to push higher as well because Ryzen processors like that but just like you said it makes all core boost run stable (probably higher). I wish I could OC my 5700X3D. It runs at a mere 4050mhz (boosts all core until temps become high then goes down till 3700-3800mhz)

Wait, this filter doesn't come preinstalled with the case?

No, the front mesh is pretty fine and catches most of the dust but Lian li have a dust filter as an optional accessory for places like our I guess. Around 800 bucks.

Undervolting can help sustain higher all core clock same as single core boost. Curve optimizer works better than normal fixed overclocking..

It works very well, catches lots of fine dust and allows longer breaks between dust cleanups. Can also keep idle fan speeds low to reduce dust inside case.
