Haven't gamed for almost 20 years. Major itch since the past 6 months.
I have been thinking of getting a PS5 for many months now, but also my PC is aging and not able to help with any tasks. I can't spend on both atm.
Hence, this 60K config thought. I'd prefer it to be at 50K so I feel I got a new setup for the price of a PS5 and it helps me do both.
But I am fine and want to be realistic even if the budget goes to 70K.
I want the best of both worlds, If one can have it!

Maybe you could go with the new RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB when it releases. It fits right in with your preferences, and the price rumours say it's priced at about 429 USD (With our GST, let's keep it at 43k).

You would need to change your PSU
450W won't be enough for any good GPU needed to play games like Wukong
You need at least 650W, would recommend going 750W.
Something like DeepCool PM650D or MSI A650BN at least

Also, if you want to max out settings in Wukong, even at 1080p, 60k isn't enough
You would need to turn the settings down and no ray tracing
Now, if you can do this
Do you really want Nvidia? I think if you go the route of 2nd hand gpu, you will get a lot better deal on AMD GPUs
You can get 6700XT, it will be around 17-19K depending on warranty. It's 12GB Vram would be enough for 1080p.
If you are lucky and can find RX6800 for around 22k. It would be an even better deal.

Get the asrock motherboard, it's better than the MSI one.

In total should cost around 65K. Depending on the GPU you get

I don't possibly see how someone can fit everything in a 60k budget which will need to include Ryzen 7600, I think you are better off going with a Ryzen 5600 + DDR4 build as that will leave a good chunk of budget for a better GPU. Your other option is to buy a used GPU and cheap out on unnecessary components like cabinet and motherboard then buy something like 3060ti/3070 which will cost 17-19k in used but good condition.

His total budget is 60k. That will include almost everything except keyboard, mouse and monitor. Since it's Nvidia forget about getting it when it releases even if it was in his budget. OP doesn't know he can't afford a 16GB GPU in this economy.

Intel has a 16GB GPU if you are ok with some compromises here and there. I don't know the exact ones but there should be some.

Intel Arc A770 16GB GDDR6 Graphics Card @29k

Also i would say getting a 13400f from FK @12K and B760 motherboard will save you some money and you can put it in GPU. 7600 is similar to 13400f and intel still doesn't require much cooling in mid range processors.

Incase I wait, I'd have to currently go with an igpu then?

Noted about the PSU - PM650D / MSI A650BN.
I'm okay if I can't go max on the settings, but I do want RT.
Also, another reason for sticking with Nvidia is the better support for AI/ML. Am I wrong to assume that Bolt.new / Cursor.ai / Windsurf and the other programs that run locally will run better on Nvidia? (The ones that don't run off the browser)

You are right about me being over optimistic about a 16gb GPU. But I definitely want to try and fit it in if i can with a slight bump in the budget. Maybe 80K total build ?

I am looking at the i5 13400F, now that you mentioned it. But aren't the 13/14gen Intels best avoided ?

You can wait and hope you get a 5060 Ti when it launches but chances are low you will get it as everyone will be wanting to buy the card from NVIDIA that is affordable and has enough VRAM. If we assume the MRP to be at 45k that will leave us with 35K INR for everything else. Hard but doable. This will mean no Ryzen 7600 or Intel's newer gen processors though. Your option will be limited to Ryzen 5600 or 12400f.
Also why do you need a 16GB card for just 1080p gaming, 10-12GB is enough. My 8GB card runs 1440p with FSR/DLSS just fine (although not for long).

16gb Gfx for current gaming plus a bit of future proofing considering games are only gonna demand more. I won't be updating for another 3-4 years.
Also, the LLMs I run will require more Vram, I think.
