Security Software 64bit Antivrus?

Hey guys, I have just migrated to WinXp 64 bit version, I have been using Bitdefender on my 32 bit OS and it was good.

So pls suggest a decent one for 64bit OS.

I just installed Vista x64 and the AVG 8 download seems to be the same x86 32-bit version... the driver/service installed appeared to be 64-bit tho...

You can ue Mcafee ent 8.5 ...

It has 64 bit version as well....

yea vishal, thats what I am using right now, have also dloaded ESET NOD, lets how that is.

using nod32 for ages on xp x64 now

I use avast on Vista x64 & it is much better than any nod32

catches much more bugs

Bitdefender total security 2009 is pretty good their is a 64bit version.
Their are a few bugs thogh like tray icon vanishing,network bar showing only in advanced view,privacy control greyed out .all this can be fixed within a few sec.
so try bitdefender 2009 it passed all SHIELD up tests from grc .com.Their is also this game mode:cool2: worth checking out i say.i also have KIS 2009 on my virtual machine between these 2 i prefer bitdefender even though i had to tweak it to achieve the same result that KIS achieved by default in some leaktest .
