Laptops 667 Mhz RAM for 533 MHZ Chipset

ok i've zeroed in on 5583, but it comes with a 512MB RAM, so i'm upgrading it to 2GB
The chipset supports 533MHZ RAM but the Processor, T5500, has a FSB of 667MHz
Now should i go for a 533MHZ Upgrade or 667 Mhz RAM, price wise they hardly make any differnce. How will the performance of system be affected if the RAM has higher speed than the chipset.

actually they are rite coz they do supply you with 533Mhz module:P
so they have advertised that but the chipset does support 667Mhz
