is this an agp card? have a cheap a$$ cabby/psu ll it require a new one?

Those are castrated versions of their PCI-E brethren.AGP is dead;thanks to Intel.

kg:U should find a cheap PCI-E mobo for 2.5k-3.5K; I can get one for ya from over here for around $45-$60 if you want to go with the card.
