Hello to all!
This is my first post in techenclave:clap:
I just wanted to know if i can unlock my BIG 7600GS's pipelines through rivatuner and is it safe to "Allow enabling hardware masked units" on this card coz i havent found anyone discussing about it over net!

Although i have taken my card a few days back i dont wanna see it lag in GRAW:@

the temp is around 54 idle and 76 at load and is there any way that i coud just add a gigabyte heatsink to it which although being passive atleast covers the ram's on gfx!

please do reply coz iam really thinking to get the most out of this BIG thing!:ohyeah:

Thanx in advance!

All the existing pipelines are unlocked already with a 7600gs .It has same number of pipes open as a 7600gt.

There is nothing to unlock dude, it already has all the pipelines and vertex shader units enabled.

no buddy there is one pipeline disabled in it
which is:
bit 02 (mask0x00000004); desc:pixel unit 2; state:disabled; HW masked- N/A
should i tick the option or leave it as it is:huh:

Okay after a few research i hav found that my BIG 7600GS was a factory overlocked card:D

and i managed to overclock it to 449/520 by clicking the "find optimal" button and it is giving me 9874 3dmarks03!:P

Currently my temps are 54 @ idle &60-65 @ load, so should i go for more overclock or have a fan like this below:

like this:

if yes then can anyone tell its approx price!
or any other cheap solution to cool the card

howmuch did the card cost btw?

lol...u had to quote all that to ask...

not enuf to ruffle the fur of that beastly monitor u hv anyway...

its good, but my Inno3D´s 7600GST runs at 600 core / 1600 mem

the temp is 58-C in Full Load mode, I using an Evercool VCRHC.

the G73 N series (G73N) is an 80nm GPU, it takes advantage in overclock.
