Next August 11, according to Digitimes, NVIDIA will reduce the GeForce 6800, 6800 GT and 6800 Ultra prices at the same time than the GeForce 7800 GT release. Prices will be respectively $199, $299, $399. Similar prices with were already available from some shops following the GTX release through special offers. The 7800 GT will be released at $499 as compared to $599 for the GTX.

LOL i hope the price cuts reflect here in india. AGP price for the 6800 and 6800GT were already @ 199 and 299$ respectively. And the 6800U in AGP too costs arnd 415,4420$ sp not much for AGP card buyers. PCI-E platform owners should benefit though since the prices of 6800GT are arnd 350$ range.
 
The Current Market prices of the products mentioned by Nvidia are already lower than those mentioned by Nvidia ...:huh:
For AGP the best deal is for that refurbished ATI 800XT PE for $229 (less code discounts upto 10%), as mentioned on their website (pre-order) and as mentioned here by bottle. with three yrs warranty by ATI itself.
