Well, I too need a 2666 MHz SODIMM, but 4 GB should be sufficient for the target laptop. Hope @ibose doesn't mind if I (partially) hijack the this thread for the quest to find one.

Have 8gb 3200mhz ram which I replaced to new dual channel ram from my laptop(as soon as I bought recently). It's not much used. Let me know if you're interested.
