The item was returned by @drkrack after his network router failed to establish connectivity via the SFP port. I have not tested the SFP port because I lack the necessary hardware to test SFP port. I will post updates after testing with a compatible SFP module.

@aasimenator would you be willing to loan a compatible SFP module for a few days? Or can I send the switch to you for a quick round of testing?

Thanks for agreeing to help without hesitation. It really shows that you stand by your products and your customers. I 100% agree that it's a compatibility issue; FS.com has indeed built their business on compatible SFP modules. I am sending a DM to workout further logistics.
