1. there is no such option in my BIOS... the BIOS is Award F6 version ..
2.temp and fan speed can b seen in the "PC health" option but no option there 4 voltages
try using everest to get the temperature values.I had a frnd who had a prblm similar to urs.In the end turned out the software was giving wrong values.Ur voltage looks problematic too.Try to take out all those things,see if the fans are blowing out in the way they are supposed to.After cleaning the fan on the CPU I got a 2degress less in idle.
