If you require the same power cables that came with my 8800GTX, I can spare you one since my PSU has dual PCIe connectors. Lemme know...

Newegg.com - Buy Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

If you are looking for that well then they are not easily available... But there is an alternative... I don't see what PSU you are using and chances are that you are not using a decent PSU as it does not find a place in your sig (I could just be assuming all this). If thats the case then get your self a new PSU and these days all decent PSU's comes with PCIe Power cable... And trust me you will need a new PSU considering what i am looking in your sig :P

Edit: Just checked out your rig... You are using a Zebby 550... Mate one word of advise... With that kind of setup don't compromise on the PSU...

i have Zeb Platinum 500W PSU.

will it be enough to handle my 8800GTS HD-OC ?

is there any cost effective solution for this - PSU i mean to say......

Well if you planning to over clock then there would be instabilities... I always believe in testing with a DMM when i over clock so that PSU is not the culprit...

Also i don't own a GF8 series card but last i read was that they require quite a bit of clean power from the PSU and Zebby is not a trusted brand...

RIO thx a ton for offer man...
and sorry i have decided to get new PSU.

please advice good new PSU. i dont want to spend much... so it must be VFM but should manage my rig...

The only cost effective solution is a CM Extreme 600w or Seventeam 500W (both are the same) for 3.5-4k.

Create a new thread and always scroll through the market section of TE when you need a VFM product ;)

@edit... I picked up a CM 600 for a friend about six months back for 3500 so must be a bit cheaper now :)

weird... all MSI 8 series cards are bundled with power cables

I dont think that ZEB cabinet is good enough...

BTW guys, I enquired and soon we will have Silverstone PSU's in India, bye..bye to all our Power Supply worries....

Well I picked it up from SMC Delhi... But i will still suggest to look for other better alternatives in same price segment before zeroing on CM Extreme 600...

kniwor - man i know it.. i just got the card out of box.. she thought it is like lan card. just plug and play:ashamed: i dont have a single cable of the card.
anyway which is better one CM or Seventeam ?
any Antec model ??? i am ready to spend maxxxxxx 4k.
i also need to start one more thread in market so i can sell my Zeb Plat-500W one.

any alternative or best option for PSU ???

Zebby Platinum 500:O- i think it has only 17A on its single 12v- no idea of the signal purity or stability.:(
(The powersafe L&C 500 has 18A and even that at 2.5k still is not worth it for newer cards like 8800GTS and above.
If one can afford C2D and 8800series but doesnt have a decent psu, then i know not what to say. )

Seventeam ST-500-BKP or CoolerMaster extreme power 600W(which is nothing but the seventeam tweaked to show higher peak o/p and rebadged).
Hoping that it just about handles your rig.:cool2:

Would go with the former preferably- Stormblast is running two OCed C2D rigs for his 3D work at office is quite satisfied.:)
(But he is using midrange cards on it).
should be 3.5k-4K- obviously better if you find it cheaper.:P

Else a Corsair HX620 should serve u fine for a fairly long time- 7K in Mumbai- definitely cheaper in Pune.:thumb:
