Well its safe to say any bozo with limited knowledge of MS Paint or Photoshop can do great things

The first one with the tie is possibly fake the 99% off is the dead giveaway.. and the second one is most definitely fake its would not take more than 5 mins to make the price 39,9999 and change the 94% to 99%.
