A bit of help please

Hi Guys,

Firstly, dunno if this is the correct section for posting this, so if not, mods do accept my apologies.

i have D-Link DSL 2730U-N150 router and i want to restrict others in my house using my intermet connection bandwidth. They use on wifi either by cell phone or by laptop. I have installed Netlimiter 3 but just can't make heads or tales with it. Can some1 help here with something like this ? There is no ICS involved.
 
Enable MAC Address Filtering and add the MAC Addresses of only those device which you wanna have rights to access the internet
