WTB A Decent Pc under 46k

It would be a hassle to ship processor installed into motherboard too depending on quality of handling by courier company. Best option is to buy used processor & motherboard & ram/graphics card from here & then get it assembled at your place.

This is such a great pc but I would prefer a 3rd gen series processor and a Nvidia GPU.
