CPU/Mobo A fallen ASUS A8N-Sli Premium Mobo

Today while handling one ASUS A8N-Sli Premium Mobo it accidentally fell on the floor from a height of about 3 feet.. I thought the mobo would break into pieces, but it was intact.. Luckily the proc & cooler was not with the mobo when this mishap occured.. But unfortunatly powering it up, nothing is showing up.. No signs of life at all :( :( :( .. The mobo is not showing any signs of physical damage.. I've tested out the proc, ram & gfx card in another system & is working perfectly..

Is there any way to find what's wrong with the mobo?? Any hopes of getting it back alive??

Hi Vinay ,

Please Check The Following

1 :Please Take The CMOS Battery Out and Leave it Out For 10 Seconds Then Shove it Back

2 :Secondly Make sure There is Now Visible Damage Of The Same ,If Posible Can You Click Some Photo And Paste It
 
Chk for any losen soldering's of CAPS and also try pressing chips which are black in color ..
If nothing helps make sure that there is no physical damage ! get it to rashi and say nothing of the incident (play safe :) )

Gave to a friend of mine who told me that he'll fix it up.. Got a msg from him yesterday that he got it fixed & is now working fine.. Except for that the onboard audio is not working :huh: :huh: :huh: !!!

Failure Rate of ASUS Audion is far too much in my lab too
