Audio A Good 2.1 Set Up?

Thought of going in for a 5.1 Setup for my PC. But all the files(audio) in any system are of stereo type hence there'll be only a degradation in quality. I'm ready to shell out around 10k for a good 2.1 audio set up. And obviously, for gaming and movies and other media too.

About the MX5021, its good, but I heard theres not enough bass. Suggest me something better than MX5021.

TIA

mx5021 has tite bass......if u talkin of punchy boom bass...then go for z2300
even i wud suggest a xonar dx + mx5021 ~10k.

yeah if u wont just sum dhip-chip(i luv dis term, sumbody on the forum wrote this) bass den n only den go for z2300..

klipsch promedia wont suffice probably,,,if you wont bass...

audioengine with sub,,,wud be the best bet,,coz audioengine is 2.0 ,,no subwoofer_but this setup would exceed well away 10k,,as ae2 itself 10k on bajaao...mx-5021 remains the universal favourite ..wid sum descent soundcard like xonar dx,,,

p.s.-let your ears decide,,what you like...go n listen UP!!!

Audio Engine A2, you have to shell ~2k more for a amp
The Audioengine A2s are active speakers and they don't need an amplifier.
@kin_of_evil, Why not try the Edifier C3 ? Its way cheaper than your budget and all reviews that I've read speak good about it.
