i think these three threads should be combined.
For your query i can think of nokia 5230 and e63 but both have only 2mp cams
just remembered there is a htc tytn 2 for 9k and a nokia 6220 classic for 7k on TE market
the nokia has a faboulus 5mp cam with xenon flash though the screen is a bit small but has gps
you can google for the tytn 2 reviews
