Now you are big enough to make decesions yourself :3 . I saw numerous times -_- , Theres nothing to contribute in here as the OP only follows what he wished before making the thread . You know your budget , You know company names and models . Compare in GSm arena , the one who satisfies your needs lock that and than see the cheapest deals here and there 
yes may be you are right @crackuc, yes that 7k budget was tight and it was difficult to find one proper fone but this 11k is fine and i found many good mobile under this budget at ebay etc, will close the thread once my uncle buys a phone till then this thread will remain open as formality, who knows i may get an extra oridinary super deal over here
