A good tablet under 15k???

Hi guys this is my first post in techenclave.

I am going to buy a tablet for this pongal holidays so please suggest me a good one under 15k.
My budget is very tight so, i can go for a maximum of 17k but preferably 15k or less is better.

Pros -

1 For this price its steal comes with hdmi port

2 Adobe flash 10.1 & HTML 5

3 Its 5 mp camera can record 1080p videos too:cool2:

4 QNX operating system is fast & allows faster multitasking

5 Battery life 7hrs

cons -

1 no 3g only wifi

2 currently there is not enough apps as compared to android or i os but extra apps can be played by emulators link below

Porting Android apps to the BlackBerry PlayBook to be a piece of cake
 
Hey thank you guys for you replies.

I just ordered the playbook 32 gb on flipkart.

They'll be shipping it on jan 8 2012. Can't wait to get my hands on it...........!!!

Plz suggest me some apps that i can download and keep'em ready to install on my playbook. .....
