A Question about AIRTEL Net on Phone ( Rs. 99 in Delhi ) plan, What is downloading?

Hello all,
In delhi we have a Net ob Phone plan on AIRTEL, with conditions being: Unlimited surfing but Downloading is paid.:hap2:

I tried to clarify the statement through their customer care, but they have a great team of MORONS out their I guess.:@

So, anybody have any idea what actually they mean by paid downloading?:huh:

I am guessing that it should be applicable to the content downloaded from airtel live service only, and if i download a song in my email attachment, it will stay free.

Any ideas or experience?

And it also includes PC Connectivity.

BTW where else is this plan available ? I'm in Bangalore and we have some of the WORST plans ever from AirTel. Only RC198 (that too a 1-year validity ~200rs recharge) has free SMS'es. 1ps/sec plan is CR@P and only good thing about it is that after BSNL and vodafone it has best coverage and good internet speeds.
 
^^ You sure it includes PC connectivity ?? I think that is not the case. Here in Pune, NOP is Rs. 5 per day for post paid (not sure about prepaid). Since distance between between my home and tower is more, i used to get pathetic internet connectivity so discontinued in just 2 days.

Now i am using Aircel 98 Rs a month plan.
 
Well dont use airtel its very costly use aircel instead quite cheap and quite fast than airtel.i download almost 7-8gb data per month with aircel.
