A reliable Fast Charger for Mobile

Any one here who owns a fast charger and is happy with it?
Looking for a reliable yet cheap fast charger for Moto Droid Ultra XT1080. I don't think it supports the quick charge but I saw on flipkart that people are using fast chargers on their normal phones and they do work.
BTW, does it reduce the battery's life?
Budget is 500
 
Best charger tbh is right now morotola turbo charger and the charger that comes with s5/note4. And yes in coming time it does reduce the battery life but so does every charger. Also, it depends on your phone how much your phone can take like moto g can take only 1.5A but samsung charger is of 2.0A or 1.8A but it doesn't matter , charger limits the current according to your phone limitations.

An original company charger is highly recommended rather then going for any brand. A 2.0A OR 1.8A will charge your phone the fastest.
 
Always use your phones default charger. If you use any slow charger then its fine but any hi wattage or faster chargers then get ready to sacrifice life of your battery and also your overall phones circuitry.

Yes but a faster charger depletes the life quicker as it creates more stress on the battery. Your recharge cycles will come down sooner with a fast charger than a slow one.

Also try not to charge to 100% but stop at 90% as often as you can.

But isn't that last few %ages "trickle" charging important ?
 
No it isn't, it adds more stress. If you notice it takes longer to do that last 10% than the previous 50%. Another point is try not to use the device when its charging, let it be, switch off the radios if you can. Check out batteryuniversity.com
 
Does anyone have the Droid Ultra or Maxx or Mini? If yes, please post the battery rating
I don't have the charger so needed to buy one. But now I would be getting one with same rating.
