Is there any way i can open a RPT file in a readable format such as Notepad or any special application/editor which allows me to read and write into a file having .RPT extension ?
More likely than not , that file should contain ASCII. If that's the case, any text editor would do. If you are looking for alternate editors compared to WordPad and Notepad, you can try out TextPad, or Notepad++
