Interestingly, Medical Businesses have already found a loophole. They are hiring "Event Coordinators" to organize and manage these "Educational" trips.
If this case is looked at strictly from the legal perspective, it will die out quickly.
The Government and the Judiciary has to look at this case from Ethics and Moral perspective.
