just signupped ebay, and like to learn many thing and how things going on ebay...
Im using International debit card, so how can i buy and how can i sell...
is it good to go with paypal, but it asks for PAN number, planning to get PAN card this week...
whats paisapay, and what happen when i buy through paisapay, processing works..
what about deals and how to get reputed...
how to increase feedback if im only a buyer,
how can i be genuine and how to find if he is genuine or not...

asked a lot of question and if i forget any thing, please spare your knowledge...

one more thing to add up, is credit card is the only means to ship through icc or shopabroad... cause i dont have CC but have debit card...

I dont know, dude. I have used only credit card, but I guess that should be possible. You should contact the cc to get more info, lest you dont get any replies here.

there is a different pay options for different products when you select a product the payment options are listed there it ranges from account transfer to credit and debit card its all with the seller

Debit card with VISA works alright. I make all transactions,whether ebay or iccworld through debit card.
