the stupid cable wallah here has stopped offering SIFY as of today
they are now providing some lame-ass ISP called Kailash :S
customers have no say in the matter
(only one cable wallah)
now a very strange thing is happenning (yes "is", going on as i type this)
network utilization as shown by task manager is 0.2%
with link speed of 100mbps this equals 200kbps (after paying for 256
)
(100x1024x0.2/100~200)
so i should have good download speed near about 25KB/s
but download speed refusing to go above 10KB/s????????????
earlier on sify when speed was 120kbps (was on a 128 connect)
the donload froam the same sites was 15KB/s (out of theoritical max 16)
what is happening?
