Accel Frontline - Seagate Gives me back a Broken Drive After RMA

10-14 days back I had given my 1 TB Seagate drive for RMA,
MY RMA Number - SGTBETxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Today I go pick up my drive - Happy to see a brand new drive I take it come back home and now I see that the data pin is broken!! I havnt even connected the dirve!

My Delivery Challan No - 3914


What can I do now?

I never expected this! I have always got good drives back this is the first time this is happening to me. What can I do now?

As emperor suggested do the same as well as i say goto to rma centre(even mail top authorities that the rma centre does such practices) and create a scene if possible if the guy is unhelpful(since physical damage not cover ) and everything in world he will try to not help you.

I remember centuries back i had broke a pin of my hdd (samsung one) and had to bribe the chap so that he gives me new.In your case the error looks to be from their side.And it would had been better you should have broken the seal in front of him and seen physically at first place.
 
@Sandy - any updates on this? Did you not check the drive for any physical damage from the Accel branch?
