Access Restricted to site

today i got a error when visiting "imgur.com"
is there something i should worry about?? how can a site scan and tell if i have a virus or not??
i am on windows7 with microsoft security essentials only:scared14:

PS: i remember getting this very long time ago more than once but i did not care at that time...
 
That is a CloudFlare “Challenge Page”. That is a page that CloudFlare posts to the client browser with a recaptcha challenge to make sure that they are human. You have appeared to CloudFlare as a suspected threat, So they have blocked you to visit the site.
 
ivhere is right. Your IP has probably been blocked. If you are using dynamic IP's, try, restarting your modem and then access or use a proxy server.
