accessing bsnl broadband with other username/password

My friend has unlimited bsnl broadband plan, mine is 250 plan. Is it possible that I can use his username/passwd and make use of his plan in my connection ? hyeah:

it used to happen earlier but now it is locked to your line AFAIK.

Better not to do it even if it works. Downloading movies and music illegally is one thing , stealing bandwidth is another matter.If everyone started doing the same, then there is no way indian ISPs are gonna give 2Mbps (or 2 mbps--whatever it is) unlimited connections in the future.

Hmm.. It is impossible with unlimited plans... Unlimited Plans are Locked with the phone number, on which Connection is registered [due to some securities].
