PC Peripherals ACER 23 inch worth buying @ Rs.11690/-???

i went to nehru place on friday (24.04.2009) to buy samsung 22 inch 2233 model :ohyeah: but after futile search of 1.5 hrs couldn't find one :@. One stupid reply from all the dealers "OUT OF STOCK":( . So my next option is acer 23 inch H233H full hd, 2 ms response time, touch panel, 40000:1,....available at cost to cost for rs 11690/- only. So guys pls help me in deciding whether i should wait for samsung stock to arrive or to go for acer or any other model??
my budget is 11k but can stretch a lil
 
The acer specs look good but i dont personally trust their monitor..best in 22 inches is BenQ E2200HD...it fits in your budget and looks cool...
 
The Samsung is mostly always outta stock.
Either its the demand or the supply which is the problem...:P

U can wait for it a day or two...Or if u r in a hurry, get the Benq, its also good monitor...:)
 
Samsung monitor 2233sw was available a week ago at one of the shops in gurgaon which finds mention on the samsung website
 
play Wait game and get the samsung ..i am using samsung 226bw from 1.5 yr without a single issue and man this one rocks like anything ..i think 2233sw got even better specs on paper..
one more thing is avoid acer buddy ..i wont say its bad but i kinda dont like it (personal opinion )
 
I donno about others but my Benq E2200 HD [1920x1080@60Hz + HDMI Port ] is awesome love it.

I switched from a CRT to a LCD but hardly miss my CRT.

It was worth the money i spend on it.

yes dude the specs are damn impressive and i its pure 23 inch..no 22.5. only thing is the brand name- ACER
 
quady for how much u got it?

Plus which panel does it have...how many years warranty....and have u tried it?

Plus if its Tn panel still u vouching it over CRT?

most important warranty onsite or u have to take it to the service centre

i dont think so if u keep it for say 3 years.....LCD market has changed alot in 3 years.....when i bought my 17 inch samsung......for 15k...i thght when ill sell atleast 4k is sure considering the minimum range lcd at that time was of 10k...

Today within 5k or ard 5k u get 16 inch brand new lcd.....so if u think of keeping it whole warranty period it will hardly make 100-500 buks different btw brands......but if changing in a year maybe mohitpreet advice looks decent..

I guess after 3 years 22 inch will b the basic one with new available within 5k

ya sorry..i commented thinking its benq....acer has mix response....since all knows their lappy are cheap...and most complain their quality is also cheap...thats the reason i also avoid same.....
 
got a HP 2309m for 12k 2day.had ordered for a Samsung 2233 but when i compared them i found that HP to be better.
has DVI + HDMI + VGA inputs (accepts audio over HDMI for its internal spkrs).has 3ms response time.
u can get this if u want a HP.its a true 23.1" monitor (full HD).
