PC Peripherals ACER 23 inch worth buying @ Rs.11690/-???

is any ips or s-pva panels availible at that price range????
my friend needs something better than the usual TN panels..
his budget goes around 11k....
would like something better than a TN.. resolution no object..

Dell have issues regarding panel..first they release ips or e-ips whtsoever...and suddenly on same rate same model the panel goes TN....
atleast they shd stick with the model the panel
 
I have an acer LCD monitor...

Its quite decent enough.... the only issue was that i had to get my first unit changed due to bad backlight bleed....

Otherwise... Acer monitor is quite decent... especially for the specs it carries....
