So there it is. Acer has announced a Kindle Fire Killer even before Google officially announced their nexus tablet.
The Iconia Tab A110 features a 7-inch TFT display with a WSVGA resolution (1024×600 pixels), a 1.2GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor, GeForce graphics, 1GB DDR3 RAM, 8GB internal storage expandable via microSD slot, a 5 megapixel rear snapper and a 2 megapixel front-facing snapper.

Nice pricing.
Is there any dual core TAB at present which can handle 1080p mkv flawlessly? I guess a quad core wont hav any problems with that.

EDIT: iPad 3 wouldnt right?
 
iPad 3 Can, with 3rd Party players.. Else convert to 1080p H.264 and play on iPad..
My iPad 1 Plays 1080p MP4 when played in Buzz Player HD
