I have an Acer laptop purchased form the states in Jan 2011 which has an issue.
An entire vertical line (one pixel wide) on my screen has an issue. It is NOT dead, it does illuminate, but with different colors.
I checked the output on my monitor, so the problem isn't with the video card, it's with the screen of the laptop.
Now I want to get this fixed under the 1 year international warranty. Does anyone know what are the documents I'll be requiring? And how are the guys at Acer's center about this thing?
