Windows Acer Travelmate 2410-G2-M display issues

Hi
My Acer travelmate 2410 G2 M model laptop display getting turned off at times not frequently (only display turned off and not reboot or shutdown). Tried updating all drivers as per acer support website including bios. Is there any workaround?

Its less than a year. Even tech from acer came twice and updated drivers. Still nogo

Possibly hardware issue, if you are lucky, may be just a loose connection, check the display ribbon( after opening up the laptop with some guide from youtube) You can try hooking up an external display. If it works fine, possibly a loose connector.

Can you please elaborate the issue ..most probably the display flex cable is dirty or has damaged . Considering that it's not a software issue

Sounds more like a hardware issue.
