When testing speed, do a worst case scenario, and test the other side of the world please, for accuracy's sake. Why even bother testing in india?
btw, those on a lan based connection would see speeds far above their actual subscribed speed because of local caching by the isp. For BT you would most probably see a peer called btcache which would give you extremely high spees, similar for google play store, itunes, youtube, google etc. I have a 1mbps connection but get anywhere between 8-16mbps on these kinds of networks.
