When non-technical brass run the company this is what happens.. Tikona ISP type F*ck up is on the way! Now i really won't regret if i leave ACT for no reason!

ACT started going downhill ever since they attained some form of market dominance due to virtually dead competition in high speed broadband sector. First, they lowered the Post-FUP speeds in Bangalore to 512 Kbps and then started stealing GBs of data from customer accounts. All hopes on Jio Fiber or Jio Giga but they are not showing much interest in launching the wired broadband plans even after laying down thousands of kms of OFC throughout the country.

ACT was not working for 4 days. They have raised a ticket for refund for the 4 days. I need to see if it will get reflected in next month's account statement. ACT has been going downhill for some time now.
