I experienced bsnl already. I got it after covid first lockdown.
The speed was good enough, but plans were too jumbled. They keep changing plans for some reason.
The local vendor (not bsnl employees) was always very polite and always available on call to resolve the issues.
There were issues but rare. Most of the time their issues were, someone cutting their cables, or them upgrading.
I got some basic router form them but got my own router bridged.
I shifted bcz Airtel's plan seemed better back then. Even disconnection with bsnl was straight forward and fast.
